Front staff (katelyn?) was super helpful. A little low on tarp stock, which is what I needed at the time. Clean and bright store.

Best tractor supply I've visited. Staff is extremely helpful, even opening stock boxes to search for a possible product. Knowledgeable staff.

Manager Chris was kind of rude. I spend over $600/month and he wants to treat you like everything is a big hassle. I called and spoke to someone (an employee) yesterday about their bird replacement policy. Within 48 hours with a picture of the dead fowl. I brought video. They said not to bring the dead bird up there. He swore up and down no one called about birds yesterday. He said he was the only manger on that day then went on to explain how I should have called that day (today) when I clearly spoke to someone yesterday and they told me I could come in today. TSC’s miscommunication shouldn’t affect me and his tone while talking to me around my daughter. So what Mississippi is a difficult state for birds. Y’all still sell them, tho, correct??? 👀 Talking about how he has to go through a whole ordeal. DUDE SHUT UP WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS, and we all have JOBS TO DO!!! Deal with it! It’s why you’re manager and why you get paid!!! Guy really irked my nerves. Could have just exchanged the bird and said “have a nice day”. I think I’m going to start patronizing the Clinton location, or take my business to a different feed supply store.

Had a 4am appointment for 05-26-2023. Made it a day early at 10:00am and was unloaded as soon as I made it. Great experience. Will come back anytime. Store was recently built. Very friendly people. My unloader was Clyde, great guy!!!
